In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, Dilmoor S.p.A. has established an internal reporting channel to protect individuals who report breaches of EU law and national legislation.

Who Can Report

Reports may be submitted by employees, former employees, candidates, contractors, suppliers and anyone who has a relationship with Dilmoor S.p.A.

How to Report

Reports can be made through the dedicated channel, ensuring the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and protection against retaliation.
