Our production strength: capacity, speed and flexibility.

Dilmoor's production strength

At the heart of Dilmoor is a modern, highly organised production facility designed to combine speed, volume and flexibility. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment and four high-speed bottling lines, we ensure continuity and large-volume production capacity, responding swiftly to market dynamics.

Alongside this, a dedicated line for small batches and highly customised production enables us to efficiently handle special requests, unique formats and bespoke projects without compromising on time or quality standards.

The result is an industrial model capable of serving the mass market and premium niches with equal reliability, guaranteeing quality, efficiency and adaptability at every stage of the process.

A warehouse designed for efficiency

Dilmoor's warehouse is designed and managed according to the highest efficiency standards, ensuring fast, accurate and reliable logistics flows. With over 14,000 m² of storage space and a capacity of more than 12,000 pallets, we guarantee optimised storage and shipping times, reducing delays and improving operational continuity — from raw material management through to finished product distribution.

The new Ghisalba operations site was inaugurated in January 2025. Spanning 40,000 m² in total, it provides the infrastructure needed for continued growth: a modern hub dedicated to finished product warehousing, shipping and storage areas, giving our company even greater capacity and the flexibility to support future expansion.

Our history

Dilmoor's roots date back to the 1950s, with the founding of Oldmoor Whisky & Co. in Genoa, a company specialising in spirits production. In 2002, following the merger with Distillerie Ilas, the company took on its current name, Dilmoor, and relocated its headquarters to Bergamo.

Since then, Dilmoor has pursued a path of steady growth, consolidating its presence in the liqueur and spirits sector to become Italy's second-largest spirits producer by volume*. Driven by a strong international vocation, the company has also become a benchmark on export markets.

Since 2012, Dilmoor has been part of the La Martiniquaise-Bardinet group, France's number one spirits producer (global Top 10). This affiliation allows us to combine international scale with Italian industrial expertise, further strengthening our financial solidity, investment capacity and long-term vision.

Over time, Dilmoor has also developed significant expertise in Private Label production, partnering with leading modern retail chains. An evolution that continues with quality, reliability and production flexibility at its core.

The La Martiniquaise-Bardinet group

Founded in 1934, La Martiniquaise-Bardinet has experienced steady growth in France and abroad. With revenue exceeding €1.7 billion in 2024, the Group boasts strong European roots and more than fifty subsidiaries and production sites worldwide. Today it ranks among the global Top 10 in the wine & spirits industry, present in over 110 countries and owner of million-case brands such as Label 5 and Sir Edward's (Scotch Whisky) and Poliakov (Vodka).

Perlino

Founded in 1905 in Asti by Giuseppe Perlino, the company was established with the aim of showcasing Piedmont's finest wines. The breakthrough came in the 1930s with the launch of sparkling wine and vermouth production, which soon became the heart of the business, winning over domestic and international markets.

Perlino Vermouth, crafted from an exclusive recipe of wine, must, sugar and selected herbs, established itself as a symbol of traditional Piedmontese aperitivo. Guided for generations by the Perlino family, the company continued to grow while staying true to its values of quality, dedication and commitment. In 2015, Perlino joined Dilmoor, becoming an international business in constant expansion.

Mixer

In 1990, founder Moreno Salmi had the vision to create the first bottled fruit pulp for mixology, designed to give bartenders the equivalent of fresh fruit in every season. Mixer fruit purées guarantee a high yield per bottle, increasing productivity in drink preparation while consistently maintaining the highest quality standards.

In 1997, Mixer became the first European company to patent the 'Speed Bottle' — an ergonomic, reusable bottle designed for bartenders, fitted with colour-coded pouring spouts. In 2021, the company joined Dilmoor, and today Mixer is the Italian market leader, with an established presence in over 50 countries worldwide.
