Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is born at The Shed Distillery, in the heart of the Irish countryside of Drumshanbo, County Leitrim. A gin named after Gunpowder Tea — Chinese green tea whose rolled leaves resemble grains of gunpowder — the key ingredient that gives this spirit its unique character.
The recipe combines oriental botanicals — including Gunpowder Tea, Sichuan pepper and lotus flower — with classic ingredients such as juniper, angelica and coriander, for an aromatic profile that spans citrus and spicy notes through to floral and earthy undertones.
Distilled in small batches using a copper pot still, Gunpowder Irish Gin is a complex, refined spirit, perfect neat, in a classic Gin & Tonic or as the base for signature cocktails.

G'Vine
G'Vine is a French gin created in 2006 by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet at Maison Villevert, in the heart of the Cognac region. What makes it unique is the use of a grape-based neutral spirit rather than grain, and an extraordinary ingredient: vine flowers, hand-picked during the brief June bloom.
The flowers are macerated in grape eau-de-vie for several days before distillation, which takes place in a still called the 'Lily-Fleur'. The result is a gin with a complex, delicate aromatic profile — floral, round and harmonious notes blending with the ten other botanicals in the recipe.
G'Vine embodies the French art de vivre: a luxury gin that unites distillation tradition with innovation, perfect for those seeking a sophisticated tasting experience beyond the ordinary.

Irish Whiskey
At first, opening a distillery wasn't the most obvious choice. But for the McCarthy cousins, it was time for a change of course, driven by a family tradition deeply rooted in distilling. John, raised in the heart of West Cork — a land synonymous with poitín — carried with him the knowledge of generations.
In 2003, it all began in a small back room of a house. From there, through experimentation and passion, the project grew: in 2014 it moved to Skibbereen and took shape through hand-built equipment, including the 'Rocket' — a symbol of ingenuity and pioneering spirit.
In 2020, the opening of the new distillery marked a major milestone: today it is the largest fully Irish-owned distillery. A story built on roots, vision and determination.
